Thank you for considering the purchase of a limited production custom product called "BadgeBar" specifically designed for your Porsche 996 or 997 Models 911.
The BadgeBar kit contains the following seven (7) items as described; (1) one polished stainless steel BadgeBar (21-3/4" X 1" inches), (2/3) two Hexagon Head screws (1" inch.), (4) one Torx Hexagon tool (2-3/4" X 1/2" inches), (5/6) two oval slit blue cloth pads, and lastly (7) one Installation Instruction sheet as illustrated on this site.
Please browse the BadgeBar site images that reflect the BadgeBar photographed installation applications to the rear bumper license plate section of the 911, with at least three examples of car club badges displayed, as well as the clearance levels once the BadgeBar is installed. Most car badges come with shallow fastening hardware (see photographs on this site); extended length screws or nuts should not be used to fasten car badges to BadgeBar. Car club badges are not included in this kit. The two oval slit blue cloth pads in items (5/6) are applied over your two displayed badges when/while your vehicle is undergoing service maintenance to prevent any badge hardware from touching the 911 bumper.

Why a BadgeBar?
Since the late 1980s, the 911 is made mostly of plastics and/or fiberglass, and in the most recent years, the 911 no longer has a vented grill on the rear deck lid, as in early model 911's and/or 912's, where Porsche owners would adorn their vehicles with car club, rally or event badges and/or plaques.
The BadgeBar allows owners of a 996/997 model 911 an opportunity to display at least two (2) desired car club badges, in a clean safe location. Again, inasmuch as 911 service maintenance is performed from the rear deck lid, the BadgeBar comes with two (2) easy applied pads to avoid one leaning on the badges to possibly scratch your vehicle. These pads prevent such adverse actions.
Some BadgeBar owners have elected to use powder coating colors over the polished stainless steel to match the colors of their 911; powder coating treatment which is obtainable by the new users.
